What are you looking at? Just keep walking, buddy. Adam who? Adam Byer? You don’t want to know about him, trust me. Oh, you heard one of his songs did ya? Let me guess, you thought it wasn’t half bad, right? If I had a nickel for every time some poor sucker like you… Don't tell me you're looking for more?! Well, I mean it’s like impossible to categorize this guy. One minute he’s all angry and the next he’s making perverted wise-cracks. It’s like he’s completely incapable of picking a box and staying in it, which any fool knows is a must if you want to get anywhere in the music biz these days. You know what? I bet that becoming a rock-star isn’t even his main goal; like he just uses music as an attempt to be understood or something. I wouldn’t be surprised. I mean the guy clearly finds it difficult to express himself otherwise. Have you noticed how he embraces his faults and weaknesses, and even exploits them in many cases, almost as if he’s proud of them? It’s like he just lets whatever is inside him be heard, quirks and all. Crazy, right? Yeah, I guess you could call some of it alternative. But then, some of it is more like classic rock, or singer/songwriter. I think I even heard a touch of country in there. Make up your mind, man! It’s like he’s influenced by everyone from Neil Young and The Who, to Ben Folds and Weezer. It’s no wonder he’s a one man operation, playing virtually all of the instruments on his first two albums, Rhymes With Sorry, released January 2003, and Walk It Off, released October 2010. I mean who could possibly work with this guy? Well, I’ll tell you, you can find his music at adambyer.com, iTunes, and Amazon.com, but if you know what’s good for you, you'll just walk away and forget you ever heard of Adam Byer.
