Award winning recording artist Chandler Juliet grew up running around the halls of LA’s top recording studios.
Born of renowned jazz trombonist Bob McChesney and jazz singer/violinist Calabria Foti, Chandler was in her first play as the lead in “A Star is Born” at her church at age 7, and began writing original songs on her mother’s old guitar by age 9. “Writing music was the only way I could truly express myself”.
In 2015, she released her debut EP, LOUD HEART and its CD release show sold out legendary Hollywood venue Boardner's. The first single off the EP, titled 'ROAD TRIP' was nominated for 3 Indie Music Awards and won the coveted 'Best Pop Record' Award.
Currently, Chandler has been working with Producer/Songwriter Dean Dinning (Toad the Wet Sprocket) and Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, OneRepublic, Five for Fighting) at Revolver Recordings in Thousand Oaks, CA. There, she is continuing to develop new material and collaborate with top songwriters on a regular basis.
Chandler describes her unique sound as a blend of pop, indie, and alternative while incorporating other genres. She lists Katy Perry, Jason Mraz, Meghan Trainor, and Sara Bareilles as her biggest influences.
The first song and music video from Chandler's upcoming release, "Don't Miss You" was released on Chandler's YouTube Channel and is already receiving praise from her fans, sponsors, and industry insiders. The music video features Chandler's comedic storytelling of the classic scenarios following a breakup, juxtaposed with incredible cinematography, and the kickin' beat of the Indie scene's newest pop/rock song.
Chandler will also hit the road this past summer for live performances in Memphis and Nashville, TN, as well as a handful of shows in her hometown, Los Angeles, California.
Chandler is also an actress/comedienne and is represented by Howard Talent West in the Commercial Division.
