Italian singer-songwriter and self-taught producer, Skyeez plays and sings in all her tracks, switching from synth-pop to new-wave atmospheres, using a mesh of electronic and acoustic instruments. Her music had been defined as “sweet electronic, full of melody and elegant cut&paste-drums”. (Rockit.it) Winner of the 2008 edition of Nokia Trends Lab, she produced her first album,“Blindsight” in her own home-studio, recording and mixing all the instruments alone. Her first musical approach was through jazz studies, but the interest in computers changed her composing habits, giving a new imprint to the songs she started writing at the age of 19.
