The name, Jenifer Wrinkle, may not ring a bell to the average country music lover, but anyone who has listened to Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood and many other stars has unknowingly heard her background vocals on numerous records and in concert across the nation and abroad. Born and raised in southeast Texas, Jenifer started playing fiddle and singing in the Wrinkle Family Band all over Texas and upon high school graduation moved to Nashville where she soon became a “first call” for national tours and session work. She was touring with Reba McEntire when the Covid shutdown brought everything to a screeching halt ,and during that time of reflection Jenifer decided to pursue her dream as a solo artist and recorded her first original album “Get’er Done” to be released in 2024. The first single “Living My Dreams (momma’s song)” sets the passionate tone of the album with her personal journey of uncertainty, sacrifice and the sustaining power of a mother’s love.
