Bio:: Bogofish is the solo music project of Bo Jensvold. 2015 brings the release of “Kid Tested, Soccer Mom Approved,” featuring We Rock and Rattle Your Cage..
After years of entertaining kids and teens at soccer camps and summer camps, Bo is now sharing his songs with the world. His music includes a wide variety of styles. Most are high energy songs with fan created choreography.
Bogofish creates songs about soccer (football), achievement, inspiration and just plain fun! A soccer ball that comes to life and wants to get his revenge for getting kicked around. A song about dinosaurs and soccer… (This is not a selfie, whooh.) Abe Lincoln is about never giving up because your next try, just might make your dreams come true. Soccer Mom is dedicated to the greatest multi-tasker and all the things she does for us.
A Bogofish show is more audience participation than performance. The songs are shorter, usually 2 and a half to 3 min with no instrumental solos or long held out notes. Many songs have a chant in them like “oh ee oh ee oh” or “boom shaka laka laka” and Bo usually teaches the chorus to the group so they can sing along to the new songs. There are also hand motions that go with the lyrics and dances - all fan created. We Rock is an anthem for any team or fan of a team, whether on the practice field or in the world cup…
