- Sherah is an Austinite with Northern California roots. She’s been writing for many years, but has been covering other artists… until now. Within the last year, Sherah has begun her foray out into the music scene. Accompanied by a trio of acoustic guitar, percussion and bass, and backed up by groovy background vocals, Sherah’s warm, soulful voice, imaginative lyrics and completely original style is easy to listen to and speaks to the heart. Sherah is a prolific songwriter. She self-produced an EP called “Wish” in 2003. That EP and her most recent EP, “Deep End,” has been made available for purchase on her own website, sherahsings.com, as well as through Amazon, iTunes, BandCamp.com, ReverbNation and Rhapsody, as well as other popular internet music sources. All of Sherah’s recordings feature her unique voice singing lead and background vocals. In addition to her own acoustic stylings, many of her recordings feature musicians including Kenny Grimes, Hubie Wang, and J Wesley Bassard of California Conga.
