Joseph “JaScat” Scaturro has spent the past couple years performing, producing, writing, and recording albums such as “Here We Go” released Fall 2007, “Throwaways” released Fall 2009, and “Working Class Hero” released Oct 2010, all albums available on Itunes for digital download. He produced and arranged every track on the albums and played most of the instruments. “The goal for the albums, were to document my writing and music in time. Its growth for my ears and music, which changes every other day, i've always had a different sound.” Joseph “JaScat” Scaturro incorporated his style of music from the foundation of the 70’s-Grateful Dead jam band style to Al Greens soft, but demanding vocal arrangements. “I’ve gathered everything I could from almost every artist in that timeframe and on, put it into my own style. Joseph “JaScat” Scaturro has been crooning since the age of five and has spent his entire life immersed in singing, writing, and playing instruments. Growing up Joe, was raised with the sounds of Philadelphia, Motown, old blues, reggae, ska, funk, rock, and jazz echoing through his house.
