WD-HAN took its original form as a jam band of high school friends, with Cal Henry learning guitar and getting together with various buddies. In need of a name, it was upon the suggestion of a friend that WD-HAN ("We Don't Have A Name") was considered and loved instantly. It was and always has been the idea to play awesome music but never be too serious about it.
After a few months of this, they needed a drummer. Unable to find anyone around to fill those shoes they found out that there was a female drummer in their school...
Any original skepticism was blown away when they heard Lea "Flipper" Campbell rocking' out her kit and so WD-HAN began to take shape. Playing local gigs with featuring Hendrix covers juxtaposed with rap songs poking fun at rap songs, they started to build a following.
This continued for some time before Spence came on board. His first ever performance with the band was an impromptu rendition of "Little Wing" after being pulled from the audience! Needless to say, WD-HAN never looked back.
Hailing from Chicago, Chaz Radle first picked up the bass after dominating a round of Rock Band. He has an amazing ability to pick up and create songs but it was his unique and constant sense of humor that sealed the deal.
Song-writing for WD-HAN has been taken to a new level and they are armed with a great set of originals to combine with their classic rock covers. Their energetic performances guarantee a live show you'll never forget.
DO NOT forget to check out these fun-loving rocker's EP, "Into The Blue". You'll be sure to be hear more about them and don't want to be the last on that train!
