- Incredible singer/songwriter W.i.L. is an up and coming star Tallahassee. Born Fort Lauderdale, Fl., W.i.L. moved to Tallahassee in 2003 where he continued his amazing ability to play all woodwind instruments in concert band at Florida A&M University. He also continued to write and sing in numerous karaoke spots when possible. He writes all of his own material and currently has 12 songs written.
