“Music comes and goes but passion is eternal.” - MA Introduced to music at an early age, Canadian born Michael Allan emulates the likes of Michael Jackson, Madonna and Paula Abdul. Michael’s grandmother was the first to notice his musical talent while listening to him sing top 40 hits into a plastic microphone in the family sedan. “Oh my god,” she would say. “He can really sing for a 5 year old!” Fast forward to high school where he took voice lessons and received classical training from famed Opera Singer Brian Schexnayder. By 16 he sang the National Anthem at Dallas Star hockey games. The discovery of his vocal talent was only the start. As an innate dancer, he began learning the choreography to music videos. He joined his college dance team, leaving shortly after to create his own group that would execute his vision of modern pop-dance with a hip-hop influence. His creation was validated when his team was selected as the opening act for Patti Labelle. After studying Business at the University of North Texas, Michael Allan boarded a one-way flight to Los Angeles. Between studio recording sessions and live performances at L.A. hot spots, Michael Allan now also teaches hip- hop dance to a growing number of dedicated students. His goal is to create memorable tracks and performances that satisfy the world’s need for innovative pop music.
