My name is David Ketelaar from Denver, Colorado. I have been playing guitar for over 15 years. I’m a self taught guitar player. I later took theory and technique classes at Colorado School of Music & American Piano Schools. I went on to teach music at American Piano Schools for 5 years. I joined a band called Ripline out Denver, Co. After many unsuccessful attempts to get off the ground I decided to start writing my own rock/acoustic instrumentals around 2005 and attempt a solo career. After sending a few rough cuts of my demo song ''Fade Away'' to Eric Vandenberg a contributing author of Guitar Magazine stated '' I like the Jeff Beckstyle-licks of your music” and along with the way my music has great phrasing and melodies. My self titled demo album is in the works and should be completed by the later part of 2011.
