My musical journey began at the tender age of 6 when I bought a record of Queen - but Smokie with their mix of pop ballads and rock songs gave me the initial spark for making music. So I made up my mind and wanted to become a musician. I was fascinated by Kiss with their music and of course their bombastic stage show. At the age of 7 my parents gave me my first guitar as a present and I took lessons. My teacher led me into the history of rock and practised songs like “Dust in the Wind” by Kansas, “Stairway to Heaven” by Led Zeppelin or “Black Bird” by Paul Mc Cartney with me. So my love for music constantly increased. Our first school band came up and the first gig was an unforgettable experience. Later, at the age of 14, I bought my first Les Paul replica and my first Marshall and began to play in various youth bands. It was not before I listened to the band Journey during a visit in the United States in the 80s that I finally found my way: I began to take guitar lessons with Jochen Pöhlert (thanks so much!!!), that time in classical music and jazz. In the following years I improved my abilities to play the guitar and founded the band Crossroads Edge with our first professional CD produced and a club tour completed. Because of quarrels between the band members we split up and several studio projects followed. Having studied at SAE (School for Audio Engineering) I wanted to produce my own stuff. Even though I have always played in a band, I continued my own track and therefore I have launched a new project in which I can put all my love for music. If there is a singer out there (male or female) who would like to accompany me on my journey we could finally go on to the stars…
