N-ferno is a Hip-hop / punk rock artist from Oakland C.a. He has been doing music with Soundbombing Productions since 2006 and has recently released a project titled All Nyta’z. Born 1986- Mercedes Thomas didn’t begin making music until his sophmore year in High School, where he collaborated with a close group of friends to form “Da Sindicate Squad”. His first project was a mixtape recorded in his bedroom entitled”Genisis”. N-ferno and his friends passed out this mixtapes for free to students and random people he would meet in the street. After he began to get positive feedback, he decided to drop his next mixtape. This project was called ” Da Appytyght”. A project inspired by his “Hunger” for the music. This marked the hight of N-ferno’z career up to that point. The project gained N-ferno recognition throughout the underground scene of musicians in the Bay area and is considered an Underground classic to those who are familiar with it. On January 1st, 2006 N-ferno released his third mixtape. He was expelled from High school and decided to direct all his efforts into the music he loved. This was the birth of “Da Goldmind.” A project inspired by his inner feelings about his potential as a artist. It wasn’t until later that year that N-ferno would link together with the San Francisco based Production label Soundbombing Productions. His first task was to complete a compilation put together with other bay area Artist. N-ferno appeared on 8 songs from this compilation tilted The Clone Crisis which will be released digitally late 2011.
