Bio:

Since Shayna was small , she has been singing and writing. It runs in the family. Being a second cousin to Bob Zimmerman, There was always great Family influence with music and writing. Her mother was also a professional singer, her grandfather an acclaimed poet and radio personality. She took on the name Tuesday Hawkins to distract any attention to her families efforts and Her music has taken on a independent life of its own. She has been performing professionally since age 16. She has been blessed with performing along side with some of the greatest writers and singers out there. A brush of stardom ,she calls it ,as some of her friends have become very successful. As for her, her success is viewed in a different light. Tuesday is the proud mother of three children, two of which have Autism. She dedicates her talents now to Raising awareness for Autism and early intervention in Middle Tennessee. She hopes to put a full length album out in the future and also encourage other artists to join in her non profit organization Songs For Autism. A project which is taking on song donations for shows , events and c.ds for the Children in middle Tennessee that need early intervention services.
