My name is Sodiq Abolaji Zakariyao, "I started singing about 4 years ago," i grew up as the second child in the family of three in Orile" Lagos. "I entered a local singing competition called vine vibes. The other people in the competition had been taking singing lessons and had vocal coaches. I wasn't taking it too seriously at the time, I just keep still waiting for the competition to come around. I was 14 and I got second place." I attended Coker senior secondary school and i finished last year. I have been in some other major competition like some rap competition in so many places. Sure you would have heard of the one in D place in ikeja called rap submit, i am always taken there by a musician and also a producer called Double six, real name Amechi Okoli. I got so many offer from some local record label but they are not good i mean the offer, so i got to stick to ma self, so after all those years have started singing, i always want some people to heard me apart from my hood. I rap, i sing and i do a lot of things with music, my latest single was produced by Double six, and the song talk about stardom all the way. "I'm looking forward to influencing others in a positive way, My message is you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. I grew up below the poverty line; I didn't have as much as other people did. I think it made me stronger as a person it built my character. Now i need all the help i can get to get on my feet so i will be able to make it back to school.I think older people can appreciate my music because I really show my heart when I sing, and it's not corny, I think I can grow as an artist and my fans will grow with me.
