Schaeffer’s Train born at December 2009. Their components are Luis D. Padrón (Gyatso) as songwriter, producer and guitarrist and Marisol G.(Mawi) as singer and bassist. Luis D. is graduated at Composition of Electroacoustic Music, being the first in Canary Island and a few in Spain. He has the Superior Title of Guitar in Conservatory of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Also he is superior technical at sound and image. Marisol G. has the Electric Bass Title at Yamaha School of Las Palmas and his musical works have a lot to talk about the quality shown. She has also the access to the Conservatory of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at Electric Bass speciality. After they creation, they participate at Eurovision Festival 2010 with their single “Savor your Life” getting the 23th place, and being the 3rd Canary band most vote. Was in this time when began their musical career. They are semi-finalist at UK Songwriter Contest 2010, 32th place of a total of 762 at Levi’s Unfamous Music Awards, 1st place at Canary Band on Reverbnation and 4th place at Spanish bands and finally Top 300 with “Burden” videoclip at Musiclip 2010 of 1800 participants. Have performed lot of gigs in places like Auditorium “Alfredo Kraus” in Las Palmas, institutes, pubs, celebrations, etc. Tv, radio and press have contacted many times to specify interviews and gigs, like Tve, Canary Tv and a lot of different radio stations. “Schaeffer's Train” their first album, is released in Summer 2010, that was sold only online at iTunes, Spotify and Gogoyoko, with 13 owner songs, including the first electroacoustic/rock song at Spain, probably a new musical genre around the world, appears in two songs of the album. It includes electronic/rock, industrial/rock, instrumentals and ballads. Nowadays, they are preparing an European tour that will probably begins in Summer 2011.
