Bio:
I am a native Detroiter and like most of us, I grew up on the sounds of Motown as well as British and American Rock and Roll. I have been singing since I could talk and finally invaded the local Detroit music scene approximately 20 years ago. I've been in a host of cover bands in the area and a few original bands. My cover band Stiky Wickett plays mostly classic rock but you can hear quite a few contemporary tunes in the rock and R&B genres. I am also one of two lead singers in the all original band Wade Street and we are preparing to record a cd in a couple of months. I am also educating myself on writing my own material and will be coming out with a few tunes by the end of the year. I have had the honor and pleasure to perform with some of Detroit's elite musicians such as David Hamilton, Jim McCarty, Kathleen Murray, Thornetta Davis, Brandon Calhoon, Frankie DeAngelo, Joey Spina, Al Grebovic and Billy Reedy just to name a few. There is no other community like the Detroit music community. We are all different and bring something very special to the table and the best part of it all is that we show great respect for each other and collaborate famously. I am truly grateful and blessed.
