Ray Dearth, Has enjoyed playing with some of the best, such as: "The Ragin Cajon" Doug Kershaw, Molly Bee, Jessie Colen Young and Jerry Corbett of the YOUNG BLOODS, Don Henley, and Deon Warwick and many others. Playing solo and doing his original material for Capitol Record's, Late Great, Cliffy Stone, kept him pretty busy. Shortly after working solo, Ray left LA. joined up with some great players in Oregon, to create one of the most sought after local bands of the Northwest." Ray Dearth and Three of a Kind". After more than six years of great playing all over the Northwest, Ray left Oregon to return back home to his roots, in Indy. There He joined a national touring band, "The Double Eagle Band". Incorperating his Ideas and great writing skills. They recorded an Album in Nashville, filled with many of Ray's great tunes, called Luv N Life, they toured all over the USA, north, south, east and west. The Band Broke up after a couple years. Ray went on his own to continue to write for an Independent Label R Double D Records in Nashville. Doing his own style. Crossing Through all genres, His favorite being Country Music. Ray Still beleives in "rock&roll" and some of his music reflects that. Ray has put over an estimated 200 original songs under his belt. Ray writes anything, books, short stories, poems and even stories for kids. Most of his originals are potential hits, but they're all good, and who can tell when and if something is good until it's been put the test. Ray loves music and writing songs, and Super star or not he's been successful, just by being able to do what he has done and loves doing; It doesn't get better than that.
