Lost Nobility were formed by Simon Duffy in 2010, one time bassist of the cult punk rock group ‘Ultra-Violent’ signed to Riot City records.
Simon went on to work with the band ‘Sure’. They caught the ear of Tony Swain, composer and producer (Spandau Ballet/Imagination/Kim Wilde. EMI showed interest and were going to release a single but unfortunately for ‘Sure’ the deal fizzled out.
Lost Nobility is Simon’s latest project culminating in the release of the first album ‘Destination Nowhere’ in May 2011 and more recently in November 2011 their second album 'Century'
it would be great to feature you guys in the mag, i just wanted to clarify a few things. my magazine is aimed at the South African market, although it goes out to the entire world. also i am booked out for 2 months in advance and ask the bands a minimal fee to feature, this way i eliminate bands that waste my time and get the serious bands to feature. please mail me at info@theriff.co.za and we can chat further.
