Bio:: Göran Eriksson, an fantastic musician and singer who continually is hired to back up Swedens most established singers and artists. Since 4 years he is the band leader of Swedens most popular Country singer Jill Johnson and he also gets to back up international stars as they visit sweden for Tv-shows etc. Karin Thyr is a soulful singer who through out the years has worked with both Swedish and international artists backing up both live as well as on record. Together they are the duo Thyra Thyra's musical roots are in traditional american singer-songwriter music but mixing it up with influences from soul and rnb is what's makes their sound unique Karin's voice is filled with soul and Görans guitar-playing magic! Last fall one of Thyra's songs was released in the US on the compilation "Acoustica" volume 23, they got great response from collageradio stations all over the US Last summer they appeared on the sweden songwriter festival and the response was fantastic! They are currently working on a CD hoping to be released in June 2011
