The 2024 Indie Music Channel Awards in Hollywood, California, have announced that Stevie Hawkins & The Blues Messiahs has a music award nomination. The nomination is in the category of (Best Live Blues Performance). This live performance was recorded at the Capitol Theatre, Greeneville, Tennessee. Congratulations to Stevie Hawkins, Tommy Cox, and Steve Carr, for the rightfully-earned award nomination.

Band leader Stevie Hawkins has been nominated independently in three categories: Best Male Blues Artist, Best Blues Songwriter, and Best Blues Producer. These nominations are a recognition of his new blues composition, "You Left Me With A Heartquake".

The Indie Music Channel Awards and Red Carpet Event will be conducted on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at the “Hang On To The Dream Theater,” which is adjacent to the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California. The award presentations start at 7:00 p.m.
