Larry "24 Carat" Sauls Jr. has been in San Diego's underground music circuit for the past 16 years. He has rapped and produced music for 4th Wavier Records and Get Down Records. After a short stint away from producing, '24 Carat' is once again ready to make his contribution to San Diego's music scene. Together with his childhood best friend the pair would join forces and begin North County's hottest new recording label, "PERSWASSIVE™ RECORDS".
