Let me introduce myself! I'm a 31-year-old musician hailing from the south shore of Massachusetts. When I heard Judy Garland sing the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" at the age of 3 I fell in love - with music. I began tinkering with a little keyboard around the age of 5 and started taking lessons about a year later. Unfortunately, I never quite got the hang of reading sheet music very well, even now. Playing by ear was always my forte. I began composing melodies and writing poetry - those soon married to become, what else? A song! Song-writing became my diary, a way I was able to express how I felt, but only to myself. Only about 10 years ago did I finally begin sharing my at-home recordings with others, thanks to the encouragement of a music teacher. I got such amazing feedback that I decided to move forward with it. My fast-growing (and never-ending) songbook is currently being professionally produced and engineered at Mockingbird Studios with Producer/Engineer Derek Pisano. My debut album entitled "Have A Little Courage" showcases my piano-driven melodies with the influences of Sarah Bareilles, Alicia Keys, Rob Thomas, John Lennon and of course, Judy Garland. My album, once completed, will be available for download on several music sites.
