The Doc Brently 3 is country/punk/rock hi-breed. Founded in 2007 by Brent Shepard as a solo act called Doc Brently Medicine show then became a band in 2008.Will Denny on guitar and back up vocals, Meggan Denny/Shepard on drums and back up vocals, and her husband Doc Brently ( Brent Shepard) on bass and lead vocals. All Original music written by Doc Brently.The songs are all stories from the life of Doc Brently. With some songs about imaginary things. But the majority of the songs are story songs. The song Whoopin it up is about growing up and remembering those great memories of being young. Cover songs range from Ben Harper to Dropkick Murphy’s to Hank Williams 1 and 3. The live show is a fun packed night that brings smiles to the whole room. The energy of the animated Doc Brently and his off the wall comments keeps the entire room entertained.
