Bio:: Singer/songwriter Cameen borrows from a wide array of musical genres to offer a cutting-edge urban R&B sound that's flavored with the right pinch of hip-hop. He unabashedly uses his lifelong connection to jazz, blues and R & B to create music that is sensual and spiritual. His style is timely and progressive: He's a singer who makes the most of melodic complexity, unforgettable hooks and radio-ready beats. Cameen's personality, flair, and steadfast professional work ethic engages others with a sort of contagion. Whether in the studio or on stage, he delivers a riveting, crisp and uncompromising performance. The “ PLAY “ video is the first off Cameen’s highly successful sophomore CD LuvJoy, which was re-released in August of 2011. Cameen was featured on the NECN morning show and has been in the artist spotlight for June, July and part of August on the NH radio station 879thebeat. His current campaign has spread across several thousand radio stations and has created a great buzz from NH to Miami, Fla. He’s written more than 70 songs, and has been featured on a number of mixed CDs such as The Hustle Harder CD Vol.2 and Block Runners to name a few. Currently, he has two exclusive remixed singles entitled " Get It On" and " Addicted” torching the airwaves. Another EP is scheduled to drop in June/July 2012. Please be on the look out.
