Cari Quoyeser started her music career in 2009 as vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter for a band called Suburban Warfare. The band won three battle of the bands contests and performed at most of the major venues in the Houston area. During this time, she began working on a solo project with producer and sound engineer, Dan Workman at Sugar Hill Recording Studio. Over a period of 11 months, ten original songs were recorded and a new band was formed with lead guitarist Rebecca Laird, drummer Alex Erhardt, bass/mandolin player Anthony Russell, and violinist/guitarist Jonathan Chan. They have performed at most of the main venues around Houston (House of Blues, Hardrock Cafe, Fitzgerald's) and also in Galveston, Austin, Bryan/College Station, and Dallas/Fort Worth. Cari's first full length CD (Blueprints to Infinity) was released on 11/20/10 at a House of Blues performance. A second CD is planned for release late this year.
