Formed in 2008 by four high school comrades, THOUGHT VOMIT built its foundation with Tyler Cole's chainsaw guitar riffs, backed by Spencer Clark on bass, Bryce Youngberg on vocals, and Dan Barr dominating the drum set. Within a few short months of formation, Bryce Youngberg left to travel the country, leaving Spencer to take on the duty of vocals/songwriting while enlisting long-time friend/bandmate Jordie Hilley on bass. Within the same train of thought, Tyler introduced the Maui Metal Kid, Chris Meyer, to shred the second guitar spot and bring THOUGHT VOMiT to completion. Since that fateful Halloween night only two practices as the new line-up,the band took on the challange of playing Spencer Clark's parents Hallowedding following Spencers moms wedding march to Rob Zombie's "Living Dead Girl" they rocked the house. THOUGHT VOMiT hasn't ceased to amaze and dominate the local rock scene while still preserving the integrity that music has long forgotten. Inspired by the greatest acts from many decades worth of punk and thrash music, THOUGHT VOMiT is still not afraid to put their own spin on the artistry they so brutally craft. Pushing the envelope and as many boundaries as possible, THOUGHT VOMiT is continuously trying new styles and going new places, and have made a lasting impression on everyone they've met. It is a youthful twist on an old school feel causing absolute chaos...pure dirty energy.
