- The name C-Dot is birthed out of Christopher Powe’s unwillingness to ever compromise his belief in God. His name is a representation of who he strives to represent... Christ period! He has been featured on multiple albums including the Dove nominated Hope Dealer album by Mr. Del and the nationally distributed Breeding Grounds album by Gammage. 29 year old Christopher Powe is a member of the group true who released The Greatest Show on Earth in 2008 through Holy South. C-Dot, son of pastor Greg Powe began writing music at the age of 15 and has been artistically inclined all of his life. He graduated from the Internationally Academy of Design and Technology in his home town Tampa, Florida, but had no ideal that was just a small distance along the path God has laid before him. He has done performances from as close to home as Atlanta, and as far away as the Caribbean, while on mission trips. C-Dot stays level headed by keeping in the for front of his mind that nothing in life is more important than his relationship with God. Most people in life dream of meeting a rock star.
