- My name is Elizabeth Bernardini, I'm Irish Italian and from Catonsville, Maryland. Professional name is Elizabeth B, a shorter version of my last name, since it can be a little bit of a mouthful to pronounce, lol. I grew up listening to hip hop, pop, country and rock and roll.
When I write, I don’t say "ok I am writing a specific genre," I allow my mood to dictate how the song is going to evolve and sound. I write about love, family, everyday life experiences adding a personal touch. The places I’ve been, the musicians, and my family are a big part of my influence. If a song I’ve written makes someone feel good, this makes me feel good.
