Is it prog? Is it rock? Is it blues? Well, it's cool to listen to, whatever it is. Never one to rush things (and subsequently miss delivering a quality product), Frank Gondo took 35 years to actually grow the balls to write a few songs, record them, and publish them. He released a self-produced, self-recorded album "At The Twilight's Last Gleaming." Frank soon realized that playing with yourself isn't quite as gratifying as playing with others. So he recruited Blaine Sinderson and Joe Vierthaler to join him. The trio is now playing live gigs and preparing to re-record the songs Frank recorded (badly) for a re-release of "At The Twilight's Last Gleaming" and to record new material. Live, the band is a jam band with very very sharp, pointy teeth. Songs are extended, with a focus on developing grooves, pushing the envelope, and creating an experience that has to be experienced to be believed. They alternate between hard and loud songs, bordering on the best of hard classic rock, to more quiet, reflective, bluesy moments, blended with politically and socially aware lyrics challenging the status quo.
