- Born in Tivoli (Rome - Italy) the 4th of december 1972, but grown in Pescara (IT), a town set on the Adriatic Sea. Hanibal began to sing and play giutar at the early age of 13. Between 1989 and 1992 he bumped into acid house and electronic music in Brighton, London and Manchester (Hacienda) in England; in Milan and Rimini (Ethos Mama Club, Vae Victis) in Italy. From 1989 to 1996 he played with an indie rock band named: Slime (www.myspace.com/slime96); in September 1996 he played together with Slime in Brighton (Free But) and in London (Rock Garden, Covent Garden and Kingshead, Fullham). From 1998 till 2002 he sang with an Italian rock band named: Danesh (www.myspace.com/danesh1999); he participated at the Arezzo Wave 2000 Love Festival together with Danesh (Moby, Asian Dub Fondation, Roni Size, Rollins Band) and at the Giffoni 2002 Film Festival. From 2002 till 2005 he played guitar and synth and sang with an electronic rock band named: The Monophase (www.myspace.com/themonophase), marking his presence at the Torino Trasversale festival 2005 (Torino, Royal Gardens). Since 2003 he has been composing electronic music and since 2009 he's living in Berlin (Freedrichshain), where he has started a new music project under the name of Zweitakt, together with Penta Dj (Berlin).
