Bio:: Jroc also known as (Jroc Tha Don) is an unsigned artist. Jroc got his name from a well known movie called South Central, there was a character in the movie who name was Jimmie and his street name was "Jroc". Jimmie Darryl Johnson, was born in Houston, Texas on June 27th 1988. Jroc grew up the only boy amongst three sisters. Growing up in "Trinity Garden" a neighborhood in Northwest side of Houston known for its dealers and proverty he kept himself out of trouble by freestyling all threw the day. His parents who were trying to move out of the proverty stricken streets of trinity garden always moved around. Jroc been to over 4 schools by the age of 13. His family finally settled in a decent atmosphere to where they felt like there kids could be in a semi-safe neighbohood. Jroc started rapping at the age of 5. His father starting managing another local rapper in Houston Tx when jroc was 17 and after hearing him freestyle one day decided to manage him also. With his father being his manager they came up with a company called Family Flo ENT. Jroc's father "who manager name is Jimbo" put him and the other rapper in alot of talent shows. They mostly performed on the Northside of Houston. But after disputes between him and the other rapper they decided to go seperate ways. Jroc started performing by himself in local clubs. Jroc's inspiration from his music come from rappers like Tupac, Biggie Smalls, and amongst other influential rappers.Eventhough Jroc is an unsigned artist he performs anywhere to get his music out there to be heard. Listeners who hear his music will see the drive and the view of peers. His music speaks of everyday life and some of the things he been through.
