Bio:
Kate McEnerney was born and raised in Leawood, Kansas. She got her first guitar for Christmas in 2003, and has been playing and writing ever since. She spent high school recording in her best friend's barn, and was shocked at how quickly her music and fanbase grew. She played some local gigs then headed east to Roanoke College, where she's currently studying Creative Writing and Education. She recently released her first iTunes single, Anthem of The Broken Kind, which shot her Myspace and Facebook page views up by thousands in a matter of days. The rest of Kate's premiere album, 3rd Gear Follow Through, is due out this summer. Kate Mac is an up-and-coming artist on the rise who's fans know, as her single states, "the best is yet to come."
