Bio:: Dashae Hampton aka Lil Dada was born June 29, 1989 in San Diego,Ca. He was raised in a creative atmosphere which is where he started taking the liking to the piano,drums & rapping. In 2006, he won 1st place in the San Diego open mic massacre competition. This allowed Dashae to perform for local radio stations while still being in high school. He was picked up by Raphael Saadiq's label, Ferrand/Pookie Entertainment But Now managed by Star Quality Ent, which landed him an opening gig on the TV series Master P's Scout, In 2007 Lil Dada was selected to open for hurricane Katrina relief hosted by B.E.T. He also appeared on Flava Flav's Players Ball and MTV Jams in 08. In 09 Lil Dada opened for Jeremih and Snoop Dog's after party. 2010 is when he really took off. Lil Dada opened for Young Buck and Soulja Boy's SODMG artist John Boy. His latest single, "Conceited", was released on Slip and Slide records and he is currently working on a collaboration with Lil Sammie.Never The Less Working under Roll Ryte Entertainment And Master P Platinum Producer Carlos Stevens Out In New orleans 2011 will no doubt be a break out year for San Diego's own...Lil Dada!
