- Mariél is an actor and singer songwriter from Texas. She released her first EP, Mariél, in 2019. She was awarded Emerging Artist Of The Year Gold at the 2019 ISSA Awards. She was awarded Best Demo from the Indie Music Channel Awards in 2020 for her original song, Am I Crazy. Her second EP, Thoughts Of You, was produced by Kitt Wakeley and the EDM cut of her original song, Smile, garnered her three Indie Music Chanel Awards in 2021. She has been nominated with the Josie Awards for vocals and songwriting three years in a row. She has co-written with award winning singer-songwriter Cindy Hughlett, and has a Nashville cut from a co-write on Cindy’s album, Finding Solace, produced by Ron Oates.
