Orkun Tüzel is an independent singer/songwriter from Turkey. He has been active as a musician since the late 90s. After having played in some bands, he bacame co-founder and frontman of the rock band ALT. The band gained high acclaim by winning the Battle of the Bands 2002 contest, playing in festivals around İstanbul and their music video called "Siyah". During those period, Orkun Tüzel has started recording his more peronal songs which were written on acoustic guitar. In 2006, when ALT broke up for some reasons, he decided to go solo and gather some of his recordings in an EP called "Amos". All the songs in the Amos EP were written and recorded at home by Orkun Tüzel. He sang, played guitars and bass, and programmed the drums.
