Step Moore, the seductive voice songstress is a NJ, born and raised native. Music peaked her interest as early as grade school. At school any musical activity Step took part in from Glee Club, to musical theater and even talent shows. As most singers she has roots from her younger years singing in the church. In church she was a member of the sing trio “Assurance”. Step simply wanted to sing and any opportunity to showcase her vocal talents before an audience was taken full advantage of much to the crowds delight. While performing other artist material Step has also honed her skills by writing original music which now pleases the ears of her listening audience. Her style can be described as Neo-Soul/R&B/Hip-Hop, which she draws on her love of R&B singers old and new. These artist range from: The Temptations, The Supremes, Etta James, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, Bill Withers to Mary J. Blige, Faith Evans, Beyoncé, Amel Larrieux, Musiq Soulchild etc. Step has never lost her love of music but has recently regained her musical strength & is not just ready but sharing her gift with the world.
