Sabrina Michelle Patton born October 26, 1985 is a singer, songwriter, producer, and actress. Born in San Francisco, Ca to Everett and Mildred Patton Jr. she began her thirst for entertainment at an early age. Her parents enrolled her into acting and dance classes at the Bay View Opera House of San Francisco, from there the rest was history. When she turned five her mother noticed that Sabrina had an ear for music so she signed her up for the community choir Young Gifted And Black. With Sabrina background in acting and dance, now singing she then performed in hit theatrical productions such as King Tut: The Boy Who Would Be King and The Wiz.
Sabrina attended Academy of Art University where she studied under music and film composer Gunnard Doboze, artistic director and composer Barnaby Palmer, and under the Director of Sound and Music Brad Hughes. Studying at the Academy helped Sabrina into becoming a better producer and also formed an interest in her to one day becoming a composer for film and television. Not only that but it has also helped to bring to life the unique sound of her music that she presents to the world today. Becoming a student in the craft and in life is just one reason why Sabrina has set herself apart from other up and coming artist.
Now Sabrina-Michelle is taking what she has learned and putting it towards launching herself as one of the best up and coming pop artist. Having a love for both pop and hip-hop music she has decided to marry the two. She has been busy releasing hit after hit keeping her music in the ears of listeners in hopes of getting that one big break. Insanity was her first song released and has received a lot of attention that helped launch her into becoming one of the Bay Area’s best new artist. Her follow up song was one that she had the pleasure of collaborating with her brother Mr. V.I.P. A song that would go to be a hit in the dance community titled Throw Your Hands Up.
Her plan for the future is simple; to get recognized around the world for her unique style and attributes that she plans to offer to the industry. She is ready for the challenge of re-introducing to the world the feeling of music that was laid before us by greats such as Marvin Gaye, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, and Chaka Khan.
