T-HOOT prefers to speak the utmost realness. He grew up, and still resides in a very poor, slummy town called Cleveland, in NY. Nothing But Hicks & Sticks Pubs & Ticks. At a young age he would catch himself tapping on everything, creating rhythms to his own beat. One year going into 7th grade, school shopping wasn't happening at the mall. So he found himself at the Salvation Army. While Looking for clothes he came across a Wu-Tang CD. Right at the moment that it was played, he then started creating his own flow in rhythms to a beat. The name T-HOOT: The T is for Tyler and the HOOT is also a reflection of his witty personality and one letter shy of his last name HOYT. He can Act, Rap, & Sing. T-HOOT Writes his own lyrics since day one, and Claims to be no one but himself(Scatter Brained Off The Wall Character). He Likes To Keep It Real and that's that. Thoot has worked hard to get his name out where it is. Eleven Years and still holding T-HOOT down! Within those eleven years everything that has to do with his music, he has been cursed in pursuing so. While serving in the Marines on tour in Haiti, his apartment got robbed including his first studio. Then while being in the best Entertainment College there is located in Winter Park FL, he was robbed right in his own apartment at gun point. Pistol whipped three times and his face was put to the oven burner because he wouldn't tell the robbers where what was they were looking for. They also boiled up steaming hot water to dump it all over his face before they dispersed. He the dispersed back to NY. Still not giving up to make it anywhere with his music. Since being back at home again he has dropped three solo albums, a Killaboration album, and has been featured on several mixtapes with Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and featured on several local artists records. Also getting spins on Syracuse Radio stations. Performing live throughout NY and is soon to be touring the States, to be doing what he's doing in NY now, Everywhere!
