Bio:: Morbosity is a metal band originally formed in ft worth Texas, by cliff hallmark, les Paul reed, and zack towne which then completed there lineup with Shaun blanton. They play all original metal songs that are pretty intense, and are adding different variations of genres to find their sound! it's pretty much death metal. fast, shredding, low end guitars. Heavy blasting, fast technical speed drums, and flying double bass. vocals that are bone chilling deep and some of the high growls that will make your ears bleed. really low and deep bass lines but still technical with accurate palm muting and and fast riffage. All in all the band is one brutal band and are always coming out with new sound that will blow you away! "we will be around for a long time and will get our message across no matter what. there's no labels, companies,or anything going to bring us down, we've had nothing but fun the whole time." says, Zack Towne. Which is the drummer of the band. Shaun Blanton is on bass, les Paul reed is on guitars and cliff hallmark is the vocalist. They have been featured in ft worth weekly and ft worth star telegram for there performance at the historic ridglea theatre off camp Bowie in fort worth texas. "We plan on touring all summer of 2011,12,13 and more." says, Les Paul Morbosity has played with national acts such as winds of plague, suffocation, the faceless, decrepit birth, fleshgod apocalypse, oceano, and many more. Local bands such as deadrising, splattafish, earthrot, blood stain carpet, within chaos (aka necrogasm) and many more. Guitar gear such as Marshall, BOSS, Jackson and fender guitars, sharp Dunlop 1.14mm guitar picks. Bass gear such as kustom and trace Elliot amps, backline 600 and kustom heads. Fender guitars vocal gear such as euro power Pmp2000 powered mixer, peavey and acoustic subs. And shure microphones Drum gear such as tama rockstar fusion kit with 8,10,12 and 14" toms. 13" pearl piccolo snare, all Evans product heads on toms and kick drum. g2 batter g1 resonant heads on all toms. Remo coated ambassador batter and resonant on snare. Remo weather king powerstroke on kick drum. Zildjian crashes,hats and ride. Zidjian k china boys,avedis splash. stagg bells. Vic virth 3an and 5an nylon sticks. And more gear that isn't mentioned.
