Desertsongs is a synthtrio located in Stockholm, Sweden. The band was formed in 2008 by songwriter and vocalist Minna Bolin and the keyboardplaying syntheziser devotee Edvin Nahlin. In the spring of 2010 they began the cooperation with the drummer John Hugardt and throughout that the soundscapes widened, for even though the band is a trio the music is big.

They released their debut album called Silhouettes in april 2011.

Desertsongs mix effective pop melodies with sound collages and improvisations, and all in a fantastic atmosphere of beautiful syntheziser sounds!
