Rachel Segi is a young and talented singer who is pursing her dreams of making music. She was born July 25, 1992 and raised in Oceanside, California. For some music is sound to drown out the noise of their reality but to Rachel, music is her life. She plans to use music as her outlet to encourage and empower young men and woman alike, in every aspect of their life.
