- The Companies formed in 2009. Chayo started playing in Punk Bands with friends as a Bassist. With bands like The Dead Kennedy's, The Cure, The Smiths, Al Green and so many more as Major Influences in his life,he was tired of playing with bands that where out to follow the music trends. Chayo looked outside the box and placed an add Online that would capture the attention of musicians in the L.A. & I.E. area. Pierre, Virgil, Albert would take their music experience and background to create The Companies unique sound.
