- Based in San Jose, CA, The Honey Wilders serve up unpretentious, energetic, good-old-fashioned rock & roll that gets the feet stomping and the juices flowing. Their sonic recipe goes something like one part Exile on Main Street, one part Damn the Torpedoes, garnish with High Voltage, and come back for a Second Helping. Their dynamic live performances and infectiously catchy songs have already merited a write up in Guitar Player Magazine’s February 2012 issue, as well as a nomination for Best Local Band from Metro Silicon Valley. More than happy to jam all night on everything from blues to rock to power pop, the lads regularly pack Bay Area bars with music lovers of every age. With their first album, "Singles for Singles," now available on CD and iTunes, you can be sure The Honey Wilders will be kicking out old school jams on a stage near you any day now.
