Ahmed Almusawi is the heart of the Seven Sound. He is an experienced Arranger, talented Composer and Audio Engineer and his work says it all. Ahmed started his career is 1994 as a guitarist and keyboardist. In 1998, he joined one of the leading bands in Oman, Majan Band, as a keyboardist. They mainly covered music by the Gypsy Kings, and several years later changed their style to Latin. Ahmed learned a lot about sound and music. It was here when his interest grew in the world of music making. In late 1999 Ahmed started his indoor studio with his friends. They have learned a lot by experimenting, reading, and learning from other people. The group started out small, but time passed and the Seven Sound became bigger and many new talents have been discovered. In 2001, Ahmed entered the market of Music Making. He began by recording personal songs as well as wedding songs, and in late 2001 he started a year of work with an Islamic recording studio. This was a major opportunity because he learned much about vocal recording and harmony. A big step came in 2004 when the group rented the best recording studio in the area and worked on their albums, commercials, and landed their first Oman TV contract creating the music for the station. Finally, in late 2006, Ahmed designed the sound system for Unique Voice Studio which was owned by his late friend Hudair Alzidjali. He worked there as a sound engineer until his friend Anees Alsabagh took the position over. Ahmed and the group then restarted work on their own music in Ahmed's personal studio. In 2009 the group changed their name to Seven Sound. Ahmed's first major arrangement was (ارض السلام), a song about Oman for the national day for Majan Band. With the help of Adil Habibi , Tariq jalal, Khalid Shuali and Hamood, Ahmed proved he could do a beautiful and unforgetable arrangement.
