Bio:
Dale J. Gordon resides in Trenton, NJ, where he has been writing, performing, and recording his original material for the past six years, both as a solo artist and frontman of several bands. A West Virginia native, Dale J. began writing songs and recording at the age of 15 and has compiled a body of more than a thousand recorded songs. With hundreds of live performances under his belt, and numerous east coast and mid-western tours, he has developed a steadily growing fanbase for his unique and inventive song arrangements and recording techniques. Armed with an 8-track recorder, one acoustic, and one electric guitar, Gordon continues to work with the most talented fellow musicians in his area. At the age of 30, he just released his 20-somethingth official full-length solo album, entitled "White Trash Jazz"—an eclectic mixture of free-form improv jazz, humorous skits, and wonderfully written traditional folk songs (wrought with his own special seasoning of satire and sentiment). "White Trash Jazz" is the follow-up to his 2009 release, "Digital Wiccan," a concept album about the loss of intimacy and communication due to technological advances. Without the support of an indie or major label, Dale J. has managed to create a buzz, reaching from one coast of the nation to the other. This year, with the help of several A and R companies, he hopes to develop the right relationship with the right representatives that will take his years of hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit to the next level, securing himself a safe place in the history of enthusiastically recorded songs, sounds, and performed arts of the most ethereal realm. Must be *this tall* to ride. Will work for food. Gourmet only.
