Derek, Nathan, & Spencer have been singing three parts side by side forever. From the time little Spence joined the trio at about age six these three bro’s have known that there was something really cool about what happens when they get together. They’ve been on stage countless times and have spent some of their best moments together singing their hearts out.
Derek and Spence live in Nashville and together with Nate are in the process of recording some brand new material with Musician/Producer Kent Wells at the Sound Kitchen in Franklin, TN. They have teamed up with Kent, Dolly Parton's Producer and band leader, and are now mixing and finalizing their most killer music ever... recordings that really show off the vocal blend the Hinckley's are known for and showcase Derek's unique and polished songwriting.
Songwriting and performing are a family tradition for the Hinckleys as they've followed the lead of their parents who have written and performed professionally for many years including Dollywood, the Opryland Hotel, and way back in the day enjoyed moderate radio airplay in the southeast for original songs they recorded.
In 2004 the group released their first full length studio album entitled "Everything I Need". This was a collection of mostly Faith-Centered material that had been written and recorded over the previous 3-4 years. Their latest release, "In Red and Blue", highlights the fan favorite "My Hero" and 13 other original country tracks recorded in Nashville.
Raised in Knoxville, TN, just down the road from artists such as Kenny Chesney and Rodney Adkins, The Hinckley Brothers breathe music and have for many years. They were mentored by an inspirational Powell High School choir director and left a legacy at the school of talent and a passion for performance. They have had the life experience of having parents who made a living performing and that has left an impression that is obvious. These three brothers will always play and sing together... It still remains to be seen how far reaching their influence and music goes.
