James Serri is a contemporary singer/songwriter, and front man for the HEYOKA7 band. The key-word is a DIY attitude! I enjoyed writing and performing them.♫ Pumping out their own style of roots music …played together in various live contexts, and numerous side-projects, but finally reunited in… 2011! Working with various musical legends over the past few years, their influences come from far & wide. John Lee Hooker once said 'the blues tells a story. Every line of the blues has a meaning.' Lucky for us, talented musicians still feel the need to tell that story.
