Jd has been singing since he was 8yrs old. He began writing songs in the late 70s. Due to family obligations he put his passion on hold until June 2010. Jd began singing his songs as well as other artists songs, like Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Allen Jackson, George Strait, and Josh Turner, JD's song "Black and Blue" was nominated for Country Song of the year 2010" by the Hollywood Music in Media. Now, 2011, has brought another nomination for his song " I Love you Girl" for Country Song of the Year by Hollywood Music in Media 2011. Jd loves to sing and entertain.
