- A musician in the 1960s got distracted by making a living; now returns.
51 years ago I gave up the muse of music to meet the bills, grow a family and venture into the business world. A good career; had done stone work for Donald Trump and the Bush family, did work on many public monuments. Could say I had a Presidential career.
51 years later, retired, I returned to music. At first with an album in order to rediscover my composing skills. Now I release several songs and gain 5 nominations and a bit of praise. And freleased a 15 track CD in January 2017. Lesson here? Follow your muse. That’s a rougher road, but filled with surprises and worth the effort.
